Faerie Folk
On Malefecent, I was primarily responsible for texturing the water faerie, The texture work was done in Mari and the displacement was done in Zbrush. This was my first professional use of Zbrush, which i had to pick up on the job having moved from Framestore who used Mudbox primarily (at the time)
I also worked on the faceshapes of the forest boars
The Root Serpent
Although sadly i dont have a copy of the artwork, I also spent a significant amount of time designing the texture pattern for the root serpent. One of MPC's strength is their dedication to design, and at the time, the process was: Model concept > Texture Concept > Full build > full texture. I created the first pass look of the creature
